Type KA Outer Radial Sealing for Pressure and Vacuum Testing on Outside Diameters
The connects innomatec Type KA connec® quick connection system seals pipes, nozzles, hoses and all types of cylindrical bodies and connects them to the desired piping system. Oval, rough and cast surfaces, as well as test pieces with large tolerances are radially sealed.
The innomatec connec® quick connection system has excellent sealing properties ("helium-tight"). The service life of the sealing rubber is designed for suitability for series production. The sealing rubber can be changed very easily without tools.
The connector is available in many special designs for special applications with stroke limitation, slide lock, internal mandrel, or special seals for special environmental conditions. For special applications, the dimensions of the connection can be adapted to the task. Also for single pieces.

Manual or Automatic Sealing of Outside Diameter with Type KA
The innomatec connec® quick connector system type KA can be attached to the test specimen manually or with an automatic tool. The quick connector is pneumatically activated with control air.
The sealing is made by an elastic sealing rubber. The system is filled or closed via the test connection. After the test is completed, the control connection is vented, the sealing ring is released and the connection can be removed. Depending on the diameter, working pressure or nature of the surface (oily, etc.), the connection must be equipped with a sliding lock.

Type KA-M Outer Radial Manual Connector
The quick connector system type KA-M is manually attached to the test specimen. The quick connector is tensioned by actuating the knee lever.
The sealing is made by an elastic sealing rubber. The system is filled or closed via the test connection. After the test is completed, the quick connector is released via the knee lever and can be removed. Depending on the diameter, working pressure or nature of the surface (oily, etc.), the connection must be secured against slipping (sliding lock, device).

Type KA-S Twin with pair of spigots for narrow centre distance
The Type KA-S Special quick connector in twin design for narrow centre distance of the spigots to be tested and confined space conditions. The nozzles are radially sealed at the outer diameter. The seals are clamped via a control connection.
